Sell more tickets, get visitors in faster: that is SimpleTicket. Whatever kind of event you organise: you set up your ticket shop easily and your visitors pay you directly, so your revenue lands in your own account straight away. No subscription, no setup fee and no multi-year contract.

### In numbers

- Roughly 1,000 events per year run through the platform
- Active since 2005; first ticket sold in 2006
- Ticket shop, support page and queue in 8 languages (nl, en, de, fr, es, it, pl, pt)
- € 0 in ticket revenue held by SimpleTicket — your visitor pays your own payment provider directly

### One platform, everything for your event

- **Ticket shop:** your own branding and domain, shared via a link per event, as a general shop, or embedded via an iframe.
- **Payments:** your own payment provider (popular providers such as Mollie, Stripe or a local provider); transaction fees once per order, not per ticket.
- **Scanning:** app for iOS and Android (up to 1,000 tickets/device/hour), Zebra TC27 handheld scanners (up to 1,800/hour), Smart Access Turnstile gates (up to 900/gate/hour).
- **Virtual waiting room:** in-house queue for peak sales, switches on automatically under load and scales with demand; waiting visitors get a random number when the sale starts.
- **Entrance management:** advice and on-site execution, with the Entrance Manager for real-time inflow figures (refreshed every twenty seconds, shareable without a login).
- **Guest list:** multiple lists per event, including crew accreditation; sign-up via link, accept/decline, send tickets or check in manually; custom e-mails per step; Excel import/export.
- **Mailing lists:** build audiences and send newsletters from the platform.
- **Ambassador program:** performance-based collaboration with ambassadors and influencers.
- **Badge printing:** check-in and badges on location (A6, Dymo sticker, Expobadge, vCard QR); printers available.
- **Venues:** a club, concert hall or theatre can register as a venue; events by external organisers appear in its calendar and the venue receives a kickback per ticket.
- **AI:** built-in AI assistant in the backoffice and an MCP integration for the organiser's own AI assistant.

## Pricing (https://company.simpleticket.eu/en/pricing)

One rate per ticket sold; your volume tier applies to all of your tickets and drops automatically as you grow.

- Up to 5,000 tickets/year: € 0.65 base rate, € 0.16 reduced rate
- 5,000–10,000: € 0.55 and € 0.14
- 10,000–15,000: € 0.45 and € 0.11
- More than 15,000: custom pricing; longer terms lower the rate
- Badge printing surcharge: +€ 0.35 per ticket with entrance scanning (including free tickets), excluding materials and hardware, lower at larger volumes

The reduced rate applies to: free tickets above the fair use policy (10% of sold tickets per month, max. 300), tickets via TicketSwap, CSV barcode lists and passe-partout resets. No subscription, setup fees, service fees for the visitor or markups on payment methods. Organisers switching from another ticketing provider get a tailored offer up to 50% below their current ticket costs, based on their proven rate (https://company.simpleticket.eu/en/prove-your-rate).

## Switching from another ticketing provider

SimpleTicket is an alternative for organisers who currently sell tickets through, or are comparing, other ticketing providers, including: Bleep, Captain Ticket, Celebratix, Chipta, CM.com, Event Genius, Eventbrite, Eventgoose, Eventree, EventSquare, Fairtix, Fastlane, Flextickets, Fourvenues, Full House, GetATicket, Go-Tickets, Hipsy, i-Ticketz, Ihavegotaticket, Ikbenaanwezig, iTix, Just Tickets, Link2Ticket, MGTickets, Mijnetickets.nl, Momice, Novotix, NowOnlineTickets, Onlineticketsverkopen, Paylogic, RDtickets, Stager, Tickable, Ticket Tailor, TicketCrew, Ticketgang, Ticketkantoor, Ticketlab, Ticketmaster, Ticketpoint, TicketTeam, Tickettekoop.nl, Tickli, TIQQ, Tixxx, Twelve, Universe.com, Veiligreserveren, Voordemensen, Weeztix, YourTicketProvider, Z-Tickets.

- Organisers who switch get a tailored offer up to 50 percent below their current ticket costs, based on their proven existing rate (https://company.simpleticket.eu/en/prove-your-rate).
- What stays the same for every organiser: SimpleTicket never holds ticket revenue, charges the ticket buyer no service fees, and works without a subscription, setup fee or mandatory multi-year contract.
- Tickets already sold through another provider can still be scanned: SimpleTicket loads the barcodes from the old system for the organiser (organisers cannot load barcodes themselves), or existing orders are converted via an Excel upload, with help if needed.
