Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, provided you have included a copy of your ID. We will not respond to requests without the necessary information.
Please note that once you have placed an order with SimpleTicket, your details may also end up with the seller (organiser). Always submit the same request to the relevant seller (organizer).
