Our standard rate is €0.65 per ticket sold, without a subscription, setup fees, or mandatory multi-year contract. Are you coming from another ticket provider? Then, based on what you pay there, we will make an offer that is up to 50 percent lower.

What organizers want to know first
Is SimpleTicket also suitable for a small event?
Yes. You pay per ticket sold and nothing else, so you can come to us even with fifty visitors. There is no subscription, there are no start-up costs, and you are not tied to a minimum.
For which events can I use SimpleTicket?
For any event for which you sell tickets or register visitors. On this site, we highlight six sectors, but the platform is used just as well for a school party, a neighborhood festival, a corporate event, or a benefit night.
How soon can I start selling?
You create an account in the backoffice yourself and set up your first ticket shop within ten minutes. Connecting your payment provider is the only part that involves an external party.
When will I receive my ticket money?
Your visitor pays to your own payment provider. They pay out according to the agreements you have with them. SimpleTicket never stands between you and your money.
How much does SimpleTicket cost?
You pay per ticket sold and nothing else: no subscription and no start-up costs. Up to 5,000 tickets per year, the standard rate is €0.65 per ticket; above that, it decreases. If you switch from another ticket provider, you will receive an offer that is up to 50 percent below your current ticket costs.
What if something goes wrong during my event?
Then call the emergency number, which is available 24 hours a day. For all other questions, our staff will assist you via email and telephone. You can find all contact details as an organizer in the backoffice.
