Ambassador system
Pay for tickets sold, not for promised reach
With the built-in ambassador system you give ambassadors, promoters and (micro)influencers their own link. You see exactly what each ambassador sells. They see their own progress.
Below you can see the goals set for you and how far along you are in reaching them.
Sell 150 weekend tickets via your unique link and receive a bonus of €250.00.

A different conversation with influencers
From potential reach to demonstrable results
Collaborations with influencers usually revolve around potential reach: you pay an amount and hope for sales. With this system you can agree differently. A lower fixed amount for the reach, plus a reward based on the tickets actually sold through their link. The ambassador becomes responsible for the result and decides what it takes.
-
Goals down to ticket product level
Set one or more sales goals per event and link a reward to them.
-
An agreement in black and white
For example: "Sell 150 weekend tickets via your unique link and receive a bonus of €250.00." The ambassador sees that agreement and their progress in their dashboard.
-
Tasks to tick off
Assign tasks, such as a post or a story. The ambassador marks them as done.
Your side
For each ambassador you decide what counts and what they see
With one you agree a bonus on weekend tickets, another simply helps you out. That is why you set the goals per ambassador: for which events, for which ticket products and with which agreement.
-
Choose the events
A goal can cover one event or several. Per event you can also set a single total goal that sits above the goals per product.
-
All products or a selection
For each ticket product you choose: a target with a number, no target, or disabled. The ambassador does not see a disabled product.
-
A reward in your own words
In the "Description (and reward)" field you write down what you agreed. With each ambassador this can be something different.
-
Tasks you switch on and off
Add tasks, put them in the order you want and activate them when the time comes. As soon as the ambassador has completed a task, you see a tick.

How it works
Overview for you, motivation for them
Each event, the ambassador opens their own figures: how many tickets they have sold per day, and the link they can share.
-
A channel code of their own
Every ambassador gets a code, which you choose yourself or have generated. It sits at the end of the link to your shop, and every sale via that link counts for them.
-
Their own dashboard
With a link and a PIN code the ambassador opens their dashboard. There they see their links, their goals, their tasks and their sales per day.
-
Only counts, no revenue
Ambassadors see no revenue data and no figures of others.

In the backoffice
Active in four steps
-
01
Create an ambassador
Name and e-mail address are enough. You choose the channel code yourself or have one generated.
-
02
Hand over the link and PIN code
With these the ambassador opens their dashboard. They can use their link straight away, for every upcoming event.
-
03
Set goals and tasks
For example 150 weekend tickets and three posts. This is optional: the link works without a goal too.
-
04
Track the results
See per ambassador what has been sold and settle on that.
Combine it with
Stronger together with the rest of your marketing
A discount code for their followers
Create a voucher code and give it to your ambassador, for example in the description or as a task. That way they have something extra to share.
UTM tags for your campaigns
The channel code tells you who made the sale, UTM tags tell you which campaign it came from. Both are stored with the order.

Questions about ambassadors
Who is the ambassador system meant for?
For organisers who work with ambassadors, promoters or micro- and nano-influencers and want to make their efforts measurable.
How does an ambassador get access?
You create them with their name and e-mail address. Then you give them the link to their dashboard and a PIN code. They do not need to create an account.
Can an ambassador sell for multiple events?
Yes. An ambassador sees all your upcoming events and can use their link for each of them. Whether you attach a goal or reward is up to you, per event.
Can an ambassador get a discount code for their followers?
Yes. You create a separate voucher code for this and give it to the ambassador yourself, for example in the description of their goal or as a task.
Do ambassadors see my revenue?
No. Ambassadors only see the number of tickets sold via their own link, not revenue figures.
Does SimpleTicket pay out the ambassadors?
No. The reward is an agreement between you and the ambassador, which you record in your own words. The system shows both of you whether the goal has been reached; you pay out yourself.
Does the ambassador system cost extra?
No, it is part of the platform.
