Time slots for tours and busy days
Do you want to spread visitors throughout the day, or do you sell tours with a fixed start time? Then enable time slots on a ticket product. The visitor first selects the number of tickets, followed by the day and time slot.

Guided tours and workshops
A guided tour is a ticketed product with time slots. For each time slot, you set how many tickets are available.

Fully configurable
You determine the dates, weekdays, and start and end times yourself. Closed on Mondays, extra slots on weekends: it follows your opening hours.

Determine the margin yourself
You set yourself how many minutes before and after the time slot a ticket can still be scanned.

Online ticket or ticket at the counter, one entrance
Those who ordered in advance have their ticket scanned and walk through. Those arriving at the door buy their ticket at the box office. Both use the same system, so you can always see how many visitors are inside.

Scanning with a phone
The scanner app works on iOS and Android. The screen turns green for a valid ticket and red if something is wrong.

Cash register at the counter
The POS system runs in the browser, or you can choose an all-in-one device with a built-in printer. Your visitor has their ticket in hand immediately.

Tickets that are valid multiple times
Set how often a ticket can be scanned, up to fifty times. Suitable for multi-day tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions from museums and attractions
In which languages is the ticket shop available?
In Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.
How do I deal with Museum Card holders?
There is no link to the Museum Card. However, you can add a free ticket product for cardholders to your shop so that they can also reserve in advance. You then check the card yourself at the entrance. Such a ticket from the shop is charged at the standard ticket rate.
Can a group or school class book all at once?
Yes. You create a ticket product for groups with its own price and a minimum and maximum per order. The group leader orders for the entire group at once.
Can visitors find their tickets themselves?
Yes. On your event's support page, they enter their email address and receive the email with their tickets again.
Do I need to work with time slots?
No. You enable time slots per ticket product. Without slots, you work with a standard inventory per product.
What happens if someone arrives outside their time slot?
The scanner reports that the ticket falls outside the time slot. An employee logged in at the organizational level can then still approve the ticket.
