Mailing lists
Your next edition starts with the visitors of the previous one
Those who previously bought a ticket are the first people you want to reach when sales open. With mailing lists, you build a target audience and send a newsletter without having to learn a separate email tool.

This is how it works
Out the door in four steps
-
01
Create a mailing
Give it a name. You start with a new email or pick one you made earlier.
-
02
Choose your recipients
Add one or more sources, such as the buyers of your previous edition. Duplicate addresses are merged.
-
03
Write your message
Use the template you know from your ticket emails: your own banner, your text, and a button to your shop.
-
04
Schedule the sending
You choose the day and time and see in advance what the mailing costs.
Your audience
Your recipients are already in your platform
You do not need to export lists and import them somewhere else. You choose where the addresses come from and then refine who receives the mail.
-
Five sources
Orders, tickets and pre-registrations of an event, a guest list, or your own list that you import from Excel.
-
Skip those who already bought
Exclude the buyers of an event. That way you email last year's visitors who do not have a ticket for this year yet.
-
Filter by who they are
By age or age group, gender and place of residence, or by the answer to a question from your shop.
-
The list stays yours
You export the recipients whenever you want, for example to use them in another tool.

Your message
In the layout your visitors already know from you
Your mailing uses the same templates as your ticket emails. You edit the content, switch parts on or off and see in the preview exactly what the recipient gets.
-
Banner, text and buttons
Put a button to your shop in your email, and a second button if you need one.
-
Personal with your own fields
If you import a list from Excel, you can pass along extra columns and use them in your text, such as a name or a code.
-
Unsubscribing is taken care of
Every mailing has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, as it should. Unsubscribes are tracked for you, so you only email people who want your mail.
The presale starts Friday
You were there last year. That is why on Friday at 10:00 you get first access to the tickets for Summer Festival 2027.

What you use it for
Moments when an email sells tickets
Start your sale
Let previous visitors know first that the tickets are available.
News about your program
A new name on the line-up is a reason to email again.
Last tickets
A reminder just before the event convinces the doubters.
Sending
You know in advance when it goes out and what it costs
You only pay when you send: at most € 0.05 per delivered email if we send it and € 0.03 via your own mail server, with a minimum of € 10 per mailing. No subscription that keeps running in the months you send nothing.
You schedule every mailing
You choose the day and time. Sending starts at the next full hour.
Your own sender name
The recipient sees your name as the sender, and a reply arrives at the address you provide.
Or via your own mail server
If you prefer to send from your own domain, you connect your own SMTP server. The rate is then lower.
Up to date at the moment of sending
Have the recipients fetched again at the start. Anyone who bought a ticket in the meantime then drops out or joins automatically.
See what happened per recipient
For each address you see whether the email was sent and when, and for a failed send what the error was.
Measure what it delivers
With UTM tags in the link to your shop you can see in your orders which mailing sold tickets.

Made for organizers, not for marketers
Tools like Mailchimp and Brevo can do a lot, but they also ask you to learn them and to move your contacts over. Mailing lists is deliberately kept simple: your contacts are already there, you know the layout from your ticket emails and you only pay for the mailings you send.
-
The same templates as your ticket emails
Your newsletter looks like the rest of your communications.
-
Your current tool remains possible
Prefer working in the email tool you already have? Then you connect it. There is a ready-made integration for Mailchimp, and other tools such as Brevo you connect with webhooks.
-
Alongside your ambassadors
Your mailing list reaches last time's visitors, your ambassadors reach new people.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about mail lists
What does a mailing cost?
You pay per delivered email: at most € 0.05 if the mailing is sent via SimpleTicket and € 0.03 via your own SMTP server. A minimum of € 10 applies per mailing. There is no subscription, so you pay nothing in the periods when you do not send. The amount appears on your invoice once the mailing is finished, and you see the estimated cost when you schedule it.
Can recipients unsubscribe?
Yes. Every mailing contains an unsubscribe link. Anyone who unsubscribes no longer receives mailings from you as the organiser. Nothing changes for other organisers on the platform.
Who is responsible for permission to email?
You, as the organizer, are the data controller for your ticket buyers' data and determine who you may email.
Can I use my own list of addresses?
Yes, with an Excel import. You can use extra columns from your file as a field in your text. You can also add individual recipients by hand.
Do I still need a separate email tool?
Not for sending newsletters about your events. Mailing lists are intended for organizers who have no experience with tools like Mailchimp or Brevo, or who do not want to maintain them.
Can I format my emails in my own style?
Yes. You work with the platform's templates and add your own banner, text, and button.
Can I see what a mailing has delivered?
Yes. Add UTM tags to the link to your shop in your email. These are stored with every order, so in your reports and statistics you can see which mailing sold tickets.
Can I keep using my current email tool alongside it?
Yes. With the Mailchimp integration, the buyer's details go to the list you choose per event after every order. If you use another tool, such as Brevo, you send your orders there with webhooks.
