Your brand, not ours
Logo and background
Upload your logo and a background photo, or have a YouTube video play behind your shop.
Your own brand color
Buttons and links get your color. With transparency, your image shines through the shop.
PDF tickets with custom background
The A4 ticket will feature your design across the full page.
Emails in your style
Use the basic template with your own banner or write the email entirely yourself. Translation takes just one click.
Nice links on social media
Set the title, description, and image that appear when someone shares your shop.
Your own tracking pixels
Add your marketing pixels and measure the return of your campaigns yourself.
Bringing your shop to your audience
Three ways to leverage your shop
You choose where your visitors order: via a link, in an overview of all your events, or right in the middle of your own website. You can also use them side by side.
The link to your event
Each event has its own shop with a dedicated link. You share this in your post, your advertisement, your newsletter, or behind a button on your website.
One shop for all your events
If you organize events frequently, you share the general shop: one address with an overview of all your events, where the visitor chooses for themselves.
On your own website, via an iframe
Place the shop on a page of your own site. It will then adopt your website's background, so that it looks like part of your own page.
Ticket products
More than six is choice stress
You can create unlimited ticket products, but our advice is: keep it simple. A short list sells better. With categories and sales periods, you only show what is relevant at that moment.
-
Flexible pricing structure
Structure your price using lines, each with its own VAT percentage. Display an all-in price or set service charges aside.
-
Automatic follow-up
Set the sales percentage at which the next ticket product appears.
-
Lock tickets
Make tickets downloadable only from a specific date to discourage immediate resale.

Questions about ticket shops
Do visitors need to create an account?
No. Visitors order without an account. You decide which information you request, such as company name, date of birth, or address.
In which languages is the ticket shop available?
In Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.
Can I put the ticket shop on my own website?
Yes, with an iframe. The shop will then be on your own page and adopt your website's background. A background photo or video you have set for the shop will not be displayed in an iframe. You can also simply link to your event shop or to the general shop with all your events.
Does SimpleTicket charge service fees to my visitors?
No. The platform does not add service fees itself. If you want to pass them on, you add a pricing rule yourself and decide whether they are displayed separately.
Which payment methods can I offer?
The payment methods of your own payment provider. You can create multiple payment profiles and set a surcharge per profile.
