One shop for your entire festival

From weekend ticket to locker, everything in one order

Self-following sales phases

Are 85 percent of your early bird tickets gone? Then the next ticket product automatically appears in the shop.

Weekend tickets with passe-partout

One ticket for multiple days. You choose when it becomes valid again.

Camping, parking, bus and lockers

Each ticket product will have its own scan option: entrance, parking, bus, locker, or coins. Can be combined on one ticket.

Named tickets

Each ticket is in the visitor's name, for reliable data and reduced resale.

Safe resale via TicketSwap

The new buyer receives a new ticket with a new barcode. The old ticket expires and can no longer be used.

Festival Gift Card

Accept the gift card in the Netherlands and Belgium, which is available for purchase at more than 4,000 stores.

Extra security during peak sales

A queue that keeps your shop accessible

When you open sales, everyone wants to enter at the same time. The virtual queue handles this rush: visitors wait their turn and are admitted to your ticket shop at a steady pace. Those whose turn it is order without interruption.

  • Turn on manually

If you expect a run on your tickets, activate the queue in advance for your event.

  • Whether the platform decides

During the countdown to the start, the platform continuously measures interest. If it increases beyond your expectations, the platform automatically activates the queue as an extra safeguard on top of the capacity that is already scaling up.

  • The capacity scales automatically.

If more computing power is needed, the platform scales up automatically. You don't have to do anything for that.

  • A fair order

At the start, everyone waiting is assigned a random spot. Being ready early does not provide an advantage.

The day sales open

This is how a sale unfolds

  1. 01

    Pre-registration

Interested parties leave their details and receive a personal code. Their details are already filled in for the sale.

  2. 02

    Countdown and queue

During the countdown, the platform measures the volume of traffic and activates the queue if necessary.

  3. 03

    Sale in phases

Early bird sold out? The shop shows it immediately and prepares the next ticket product.

  4. 04

    Tickets only visible later

Lock tickets until a date of your choice, so that they are not immediately resold for a profit.

Ambassadors and influencers

Pay for tickets sold, not for promised reach

Your ambassadors, promoters, and influencers each receive their own link to your shop. You see how many tickets each person sells, so you can reward based on results rather than estimated reach.

  • A custom link and dashboard

Every sale made via the link counts for that ambassador. He tracks his own progress in a dashboard.

  • Goals per ticket product

For example, agree on 150 weekend tickets and link a reward to it.

  • Tasks to check off

Assign tasks, such as a post or a story. The ambassador marks them as done.

  • Numbers only, no revenue

Ambassadors see their own numbers, not your revenue and not the figures of others.

Guest list and mailings

Your guests, your crew, and your regular audience on the same platform

A festival has more people on the list than just ticket buyers, and more to say than just a single sales launch. The guest list and mailing lists are included in SimpleTicket by default, so you don't need an Excel file or a separate email tool for them.

  • A list per group

Create separate lists for invitees, artists, crew, and press. Everyone enters their own details via a link, and you approve or reject them.

  • Hassle-free crew accreditation

You choose which data to request, import an existing list from Excel, and determine whether someone receives a ticket or is checked off at the door.

  • Your previous visitors first

Send last year's visitors an email as soon as your sales open, in the format of your ticket emails and with a button to your shop.

  • Line-up and last tickets

A new name on the poster or the last hundred tickets: any moment is a reason to email your list again.

On the day itself

Do you see the inflow while it happens

The Entrance Manager displays the inflow per hour, per quarter hour, and per minute and refreshes every twenty seconds. You share the screen with your Event Control Center without logging in, so that security and production see the same figures.

  • The correct scanner per entrance

Phones, Zebra handheld scanners, or self-checkout gates for your campsite.

  • Outsourcing your entrance is also an option.

We furnish and staff your entrance, in close contact with your security.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions from festival organizers

Will the shop remain accessible if everyone arrives at the same time?

Yes, absolutely. The platform scales up automatically as things get busier. Additionally, during peak times, or if you anticipate high sales peaks, the virtual queue is activated. This can happen automatically or by you activating it yourself. This ensures your sales continue to run smoothly.

Can I put the entrance and shuttle bus on one ticket?

Yes. For each ticket product, you combine scan options, such as entry with the shuttle bus or entry with parking. The ticket is then scanned separately at the bus and at the entrance. You can also sell them as separate ticket products.

Is internet needed to scan?

Yes, the scanners operate via a connection. This ensures that inspections always take place online, based on the most up-to-date data. There is a network available through the organization at virtually every site. If this is not the case, we can provide one using our own network and Wi-Fi equipment and, among other things, Starlink connections. Zebra scanners can also be equipped with a SIM card for 4G or 5G.

What if I have to move my festival?

A backoffice wizard guides you through rescheduling or canceling and handles the emails to your visitors and the refunds.
