Prices
€0.65 per ticket. And that is the highest rate.
You pay per ticket sold and nothing more. If you sell more, the rate for all your tickets goes down. And if you are currently with another ticket provider, you will receive a transfer offer that is up to 50 percent below your current ticket costs.
Standard rates
One table, all rates
Your volume group is the number of tickets you sell in a year, across all your events combined. All amounts are exclusive of VAT and apply without a standing agreement.

Fair pricing: if you grow, your rate drops.
Your group rate applies to all your tickets, not just those above the limit. If you move into a higher group, we will automatically adjust your rate. We check this several times a year, so you do not need to ask.
When does the reduced rate apply?
- Free tickets above the fair use policy
- Tickets purchased via TicketSwap
- CSV lists with barcodes
- Season ticket resets, per revalidated ticket
Free tickets and badges
Free tickets cost nothing under the fair use policy: 10 percent of the number of tickets sold in that month, up to a maximum of 300. The surcharge for badge printing excludes materials, printers, and laptops, and is lower for larger quantities.

Calculate it yourself
Payment fees are paid per order, not per ticket.
With many ticket providers, payment fees are included in the ticket price. You then pay them again for each ticket, even if four tickets are paid for at once. With SimpleTicket, you pay the transaction fees directly to your own payment provider, once per order.
The more tickets per order, the greater your savings.
Four tickets in a single order cost four times the base rate and once the transaction fee. Slide around the quantity and see what happens.
Your own agreements with your provider
We do not add markups to payment methods. What your provider charges is what you pay.
Decide for yourself what you pass on
SimpleTicket does not charge your visitor any service fees. Whether you pass on costs, and how much, is up to you. Enter it into the calculation tool and see what remains on balance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about prices
How much does SimpleTicket cost per ticket?
Up to 5,000 tickets per year, you pay €0.65 per ticket sold. From 5,000 to 10,000 tickets, that is €0.55, and from 10,000 to 15,000 tickets, it is €0.45. Above that, we will create a tailored proposal. Your group rate applies to all your tickets. There are no subscription or setup costs.
How is my volume group determined?
Based on the total number of tickets you sell in a year, across all your events combined. Your group rate applies to all your tickets, not just those above the limit: if you sell 5,500, you pay the second group rate for all 5,500. If you grow, we will automatically adjust your rate. We verify this several times a year.
What is the reduced rate?
A lower rate per ticket for cases where no sales take place via your shop or point of sale: €0.16 for up to 5,000 tickets per year, €0.14 for 5,000 to 10,000, and €0.11 for 10,000 to 15,000. This applies to free tickets exceeding the fair use policy, tickets purchased via TicketSwap, CSV lists with barcodes, and season ticket resets.
How much does badge printing cost?
For organizers using the badge printing module, a surcharge of €0.35 per ticket with the entry scan option applies, in addition to the base rate or the reduced rate. The surcharge also applies to tickets issued free of charge. A participant with a paid ticket and badge will then cost €1.00. Materials, printers, and laptops are separate from this. A lower surcharge may be possible for larger quantities.
What do I pay for payment methods?
You agree on this with your own payment provider. You pay the transaction fees once per order, regardless of the number of tickets. In a payment profile, you can set a fixed amount or percentage that you pass on to the visitor.
Do free tickets cost money too?
Not under the fair use policy: per month, you may send 10 percent of the number of tickets sold in that month for free, with a maximum of 300. Above that, the reduced rate applies.
Am I bound by a contract?
No. A multi-year contract is not mandatory. However, if you commit for a longer period, additional discounts apply.
Are there any costs associated with a passe-partout?
With a pass reset, tickets are revalidated. We charge the reduced rate for each revalidated ticket.
How does the switching offer work?
If you switch from another ticket provider, you will pay up to 50 percent less in ticketing costs with us. You tell us which provider you are currently with, what you pay per ticket, and how many tickets you sell per year. We ask you to provide proof of your current rate, for example with a recent invoice or your agreement. Based on this, we will make a tailored offer, which may be more competitive than our standard rates.
