Guest list
Guests and crew on the list, without separate lists
Messages, emails and an Excel file that is out of date on the day itself. With the guest list you create as many lists per event as you need. Everyone fills in their own details and you decide who gets on.

This is how it works
From invitation to inside
-
01
Create a list
Give the list a name, link it to your event, and choose which data you want to request.
-
02
Share the invitation link
Each list has its own public link. Whoever receives it enters their own details. With the Invite button, you send someone an email to sign up.
-
03
Accept or decline
Pending requests are in your overview. When you approve, you choose which ticket products the guest receives.
-
04
Check in
With a ticket through the regular entrance, or by hand from the Check-in tab.
What your guest sees
Signing up takes your guest one minute
Behind the invitation link is a page of its own in your shop environment, with the name of the list and your event at the top. The guest fills in their details and says how many places they want. You never have to retype anything.
-
Several places in one request
Does someone want to bring a plus one? They request the number of places, and you decide what they get when you approve.
-
Only ask what you need
You switch each extra field on or off per list. That way you never ask for more than necessary, as privacy legislation also requires.
-
Instant confirmation
The guest receives an email saying their request has arrived, and another as soon as you accept or decline it.

Multiple lists per event
A separate list for each group
Invitees, press, artists, suppliers: each group receives its own guest list with a unique link, settings, and emails. Each list is linked to a single event, so you always know which edition someone is on the list for.
-
You decide what you ask for.
For each list, turn on or off: company name, gender and date of birth, city, address details, and phone number.
-
One language per list
Set the default language in which the list and emails are displayed.
-
Link on and off
Is the list full or has the deadline passed? Then deactivate the invitation link.
Personal data
Event
Crew accreditation
Also for everyone who comes to work
A guest list doesn't have to be about guests. Create a list for your security, bar staff, or production crew and send the link to the supplier. Each security guard fills in their own details, and you have a complete list in advance of who is working on your premises.
-
A list per supplier or team
Security, First Aid, catering, and setup each in their own list, with only the data you need for that group.
-
The briefing in the confirmation email
Include the check-in time, entrance, and house rules in the acceptance email. Everyone you accept will automatically receive the briefing.
-
Crew through the same entrance, or separately
Send tickets that are registered when scanned, or check your crew in by hand at the crew entrance. You search by name or email address and tick them off.

Send tickets: on or off
Choose in advance how people enter
For each guest list, you set whether tickets are sent. You make this choice before accepting the first requests.
Tickets on: scan at the entrance
When you approve, you issue ticket products. The guest receives their tickets and joins the regular flow. The scan works like it does for any visitor.
Tickets off: manual check-in
No ticket goes out; the guest only receives the confirmation email. Your staff member looks up the name in the Check-in tab and ticks the guest off.

Questions about the guest list
How many guest lists can I create?
As much as you need. You link each guest list to one event, and an event can have multiple lists.
Do guests always receive a ticket?
No, you set that per list. If sending tickets is enabled, an accepted guest receives a ticket that is scanned at the entrance. If it is disabled, you check in manually.
What does the guest list cost?
The module itself costs nothing extra. Tickets for your guests count as free tickets and fall under the fair use policy: each month you may give away 10 percent of the number of tickets sold that month for free, up to a maximum of 300. Above that, the reduced rate per ticket applies.
Can a guest bring someone along?
Yes. When signing up, the guest states how many places they want to request. When you approve, you decide which ticket products they receive.
Can I use the guest list for crew accreditation?
Yes. Create a list per team or supplier, for example for your security company. Each employee fills in their own details, and you can include the briefing in the acceptance email.
What information can I request?
Besides the basic details, you choose per list whether to ask for company name, gender and date of birth, place of residence, address details and phone number. Each field is switched on or off separately, so you only ask what you need for that group.
Can I import an existing list?
Yes, with the Excel template. Exporting to Excel is also possible, in various overviews.
