Less work per night, more control over your door
Templates per concept
Save an evening with all its ticket products and settings. The next edition will be online in a minute.
You create a separate ticket product, for example "Entry before 00:30", with a lower price. For that product, you set a different scan period: the time slot during which the ticket can be scanned.
- Within the time slot, the ticket scans like any other ticket.
- If someone arrives late, the scanner reports that the ticket falls outside their time slot.
- An employee logged in at the organizational level can then still approve the ticket, for example against an additional payment at the door.
You sell the regular ticket alongside it, without a time slot. The visitor chooses for themselves.

Every ambassador gets their own link and dashboard, with goals and tasks that you set.

Your door team sees at a glance if a ticket is correct
Your door staff scans with the app on their own phone. The screen turns green for a valid ticket and red if something is not in order, so even in a dark hallway, no one needs to read anything.

Do not rent scanners
The scanner app works on iOS and Android and on as many devices as you want. You log in using a QR code from the backoffice.

Guest list and search by name
Is someone on the list or is their ticket missing? You search by name or email address and check them off.

Sales at the door
The POS system runs in the browser and is located in the same backoffice as your online sales. This way, you see pre-sales and door sales in a single overview.

You can recognize resold tickets immediately.
Via TicketSwap, the new buyer receives a new ticket. The old ticket expires and scans red.

Your club as a venue: a full schedule and an additional revenue stream
Register your club as a venue in SimpleTicket. External organizers hosting an evening at your location will then select your venue from the list instead of typing in the address themselves. Their event will automatically appear in your event calendar, and you will receive a kickback per ticket sold.

Questions from clubs and promoters
Can I make a ticket cheaper for early arrivals?
Yes. With a different scan period, a ticket product is only valid within the time slot you set, for example until 00:30.
Does SimpleTicket check the age of visitors?
If you set a minimum age, it is clearly displayed in the ticket shop and the shop performs an initial check on the entered date of birth: anyone who is too young on the date of the event cannot order. A visitor can enter a different date, so the check at the door always remains with the organizer.
Do ambassadors see my revenue?
No. Ambassadors only see the number of tickets sold via their own link, not revenue figures.
What are the benefits of being registered as a location?
Events by external organizers at your location automatically appear in your event calendar, and you receive a kickback per ticket sold for those events. This makes it an additional revenue stream alongside your own programming.
Do I need special scanners?
No. The scanner app works on regular phones with iOS or Android, and you can use an unlimited number of devices.
