Standard connections
Ready to use, without developer
You connect your own payment provider to your ticket shop. The visitor pays directly to you; SimpleTicket never holds your ticket money.
- Works with popular payment providers, such as Mollie, Stripe or a local provider.
- You establish the connection in a payment profile.
- You can use multiple payment profiles side by side.
- For each profile, you set a fixed amount or percentage that you charge the visitor.
- You agree with your provider on how often payouts are made. Daily is also possible.
If a visitor cannot attend, they want to resell their ticket. This happens securely via the full integration with TicketSwap.
- A submitted ticket is checked upon uploading and during the sale.
- The buyer receives a completely new ticket with a new barcode. The old one expires, so fraud is ruled out.
- For named tickets, the new buyer's details automatically appear on the ticket.
For venues with fixed seating, display a seating plan in your ticket shop. The visitor clicks on their seats and they are immediately added to the order.
- You manage the seating plan and sections in your own Seats.io account.
- You link the account once with your API keys in the platform settings.
- For each event, enter the Seats.io event key, and for each ticket product, select the seat type.
- For a series of performances, you can set up the next one from a template in no time.
If you work with Mailchimp, you no longer need to export and import lists.
- You enter your key once in the settings.
- For each event, you choose the list the buyers will appear on.
- After every successful order, the buyer's data is automatically sent there.
Ticketkeeper is a wallet app for tickets. With the integration, the ticket automatically appears on your visitor's phone after purchase.
- If the visitor already has the app, the ticket appears in it automatically based on their mobile number.
- If he doesn't have the app yet, he will receive a text message with an invitation.
- Push notifications provide you with an additional channel to reach your visitors.
The Festival Gift Card is a gift card specifically for events and festivals, available for purchase online and in more than 4,000 stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- You activate the card as a payment option for your events.
- Your events will then automatically appear on the Festival Cadeaukaart website.
- Available in the Netherlands and Belgium.
IMS is the event logging system in which security, the medical service, and the organization record what happens.
- Your entry data is automatically sent to IMS every two minutes.
- Everyone working in IMS sees how many visitors are inside.
- In SimpleTicket, you follow the same numbers in the Entrance Manager.

Your inflow is also visible in your event logbook
IMS is the event logging system in which security, medical services, and the organization record what happens, from a report to an incident. SimpleTicket is linked to it: your entry data is automatically sent to IMS every two minutes.
-
Updated every two minutes
The export runs automatically. No one needs to retype figures or call in.
-
Everyone looks at the same figures.
Anyone working in IMS can see how many visitors are inside, alongside the notifications for the day.
-
Next to the Entrance Manager
In SimpleTicket, you continue to monitor the inflow in the Entrance Manager. IMS receives the same data.

Webhooks
Every event directly in your own system
A webhook automatically forwards the data the moment something happens. This is how you connect SimpleTicket to your CRM, accounting, or data warehouse, even if there is no ready-made integration available.
-
At any relevant moment
In the event of pre-registration, a new, modified, or refunded order, a failed or incomplete order, and for tickets that are blocked, locked, resold, personalized, or scanned.
-
Your own flow in Zapier, Make, or n8n
Capture the webhook in the automation tool you already use and build a completely custom flow there, without doing any programming yourself.
ZapierMaken8n
-
Retrieve current data
With the api_get function, you retrieve the most recent details of a transaction.
-
Invoices from your own records
Have your accounting system send an invoice after every order, also via Peppol.
Innovation
Ticketing that you operate with AI
SimpleTicket features an AI assistant in the platform as well as an MCP integration for your own assistant. This means your ticketing is no longer just a screen you click on, but a system you can ask something and that then executes it.
-
AI assistant in the backoffice
Answers most questions you might have as an organizer and knows the context of the page you have open. Can also create components for you, such as a webhook.
-
MCP: connect your own AI
You connect your own AI assistant to your account via the Model Context Protocol. It can then do the same as the built-in assistant, such as retrieving reports and creating webhooks.
Forward every new order to our CRM.
That can be done with a webhook at the moment "after order". To which address should the data be sent? Then I will create it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about linking
Which payment providers can I connect?
Popular payment providers, such as Mollie, Stripe or a local provider. You link your own account in a payment profile, so your visitor pays you directly.
Does SimpleTicket work with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes. You bring a SimpleTicket webhook into Zapier, Make, or n8n and build your own flow there, for example, to forward an order to your CRM or accounting.
Do I need technical knowledge for webhooks?
Some technical knowledge helps. The AI assistant in the backoffice can create a webhook for you and explains what you need to configure.
What is MCP and what is it for me?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, a standard that allows AI assistants to communicate securely with other systems. With SimpleTicket's MCP integration, your own assistant can, for example, retrieve a sales report or create a webhook.
Whose data is my visitors'?
Yours. You download your transactions whenever you want, forward them to your own systems using webhooks, and can have your orders automatically sent to Mailchimp.
Does a connection cost extra?
The integrations are part of the platform. For third-party services, such as Seats.io or your payment provider, you have your own account with that party.
