The technical side? We take care of it with you; you just need to decide what you want to do with the data.

What can you do with them?

SimpleTicket webhooks are based on so-called triggers. You decide which kinds of actions should send information. Here are a few examples:

• order_created - whenever someone completes an order
  → Automatically send an email with a personalized offer from your merchandise shop, or grant access to an online community. Perfect for cross-selling or building engagement before the event begins.

• order_refund - when a ticket is refunded
  → Let your accounting system or CRM know immediately that a transaction has been cancelled, without you having to do a thing.

• ticket_personalized - when a ticket is assigned to a specific attendee
  → Automatically add that attendee’s details to your marketing database. This lets you communicate with all attendees in a targeted way before or after the event—even when the buyer isn’t the person using the ticket.

• ticket_scanned - when someone actually enters the event
  → Automatically follow up only with attendees who were there, for example with a thank-you or an invitation to your next event. More personal and more effective.

You choose which information to send, from contact details and ticket prices to discount codes used and additional order details.
